Proposal & Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and [Client's Name or Business Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

 

1. Scope of Services

2. Payment Terms

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
